The Surety Association of Massachusetts (SAM) was founded in 1905. Its purpose is to improve the service rendered to the community by surety bond underwriters and brokers/agents. SAM promotes understanding among its members through the study and discussion of local surety issues. It provides a central facility for correspondence with other organizations and with public bodies.
SAM seeks to provide useful and interesting information and perform such other functions that support the above purpose.
The content of this site is primarily intended for those who underwrite and produce Surety Bonds but also provides information to those who want to learn more about our product.
